CHKKT Fridge · Live Refrigeration Intelligence

Know the temperature.
Know the location.

CHKKT Fridge gives refrigerated vans, trucks and mobile assets continuous cold-chain visibility. A Teltonika EYE Sensor measures the environment inside the refrigerated space while the FMC125 adds GNSS positioning and cellular connectivity — giving operations teams one live view of vehicle and cargo condition.

Cold chain without blind spots

One system. Four questions answered.

Refrigerated transport failures are expensive because the problem is usually discovered after the fact. CHKKT continuously links environmental telemetry to the exact vehicle, journey and position.

What temperature is it?

Live temperature readings from the EYE Sensor inside the refrigerated compartment.

Where is the vehicle?

GNSS positioning from the FMC125, transmitted over the mobile network.

Has anything gone wrong?

Configurable alerts for temperature excursions, loss of sensor visibility or other defined events.

Can I prove the journey?

Historical telemetry provides an operational record of route and cargo conditions.

How it works

Sensor → vehicle tracker → cloud.

No separate cellular modem is required inside the refrigerated compartment. The sensor broadcasts locally over Bluetooth Low Energy; the vehicle-mounted FMC125 carries the data onward.

01

EYE Sensor

Mounted inside the refrigerated compartment. Measures temperature and humidity, with movement and magnet-state sensing also available.

02

FMC125

Receives BLE sensor data, adds GNSS location and vehicle telemetry, then sends records over LTE Cat 1 with 2G fallback.

03

CHKKT Platform

CHKKT turns raw telemetry into a live fleet view, exception alerts, journey history and exportable records for operations teams.

Designed around proven telematics

Refrigeration visibility without another complex installation.

The EYE Sensor is wireless inside the refrigerated compartment. The FMC125 is vehicle-powered and handles positioning, BLE reception and cellular backhaul.

Teltonika EYE Sensor

BLE environmental sensor for temperature, humidity, movement and magnet status.

Teltonika FMC125

Vehicle tracker with GNSS, LTE Cat 1 / 2G connectivity and Bluetooth LE support.

Live temperatureCurrent compartment condition at a glance across the fleet.
Excursion alertsTrigger operational action when temperature crosses configured bounds.
HumidityEnvironmental context for produce, pharmaceuticals and sensitive goods.
GNSS positionKnow which journey and which location correspond to every reading.
Movement sensingAdditional BLE sensor state can be incorporated into asset workflows.
Historical recordsReview route and environmental telemetry after the journey.
Fleet dashboardMonitor many refrigerated vehicles from one operational view.
API-readyIntegrate telemetry into dispatch, fleet, ERP or customer-facing systems.
Operational use cases

Built for goods that cannot simply “warm up a bit.”

Pharmaceuticals

Track vehicle position and environmental conditions during refrigerated distribution and last-mile delivery.

Food & produce

Detect refrigeration excursions early enough for operations teams to intervene before a load is lost.

Refrigerated fleets

Give fleet controllers one view of vehicle location, compartment temperature and defined exceptions.

Core specification

Small hardware. Useful data.

The solution combines BLE environmental sensing with a vehicle-powered GNSS/cellular gateway.
